Effect of PPARg on the transcriptome of regulatory T cells (Tregs)

To investigate the role of PPARg in Tregs, we established conditional knockout mice that lack PPARg specifically in Tregs (Ppargf/f Foxp3-Cre mice). We then performed RNA-Seq analysis on Tregs from the spleen and skin of 2-week-old Pparg+/+ Foxp3-Cre and Ppargf/f Foxp3-Cre mice.为探究过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ（PPARg）在调节性T细胞（Tregs）中的作用，我们构建了仅在调节性T细胞中特异性缺失PPARg的条件性基因敲除小鼠（Ppargf/f Foxp3-Cre小鼠）。随后，我们对2周龄Pparg+/+ Foxp3-Cre与Ppargf/f Foxp3-Cre小鼠的脾脏及皮肤来源的调节性T细胞开展了RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析。
