To investigate the role of PPARg in Tregs, we established conditional knockout mice that lack PPARg specifically in Tregs (Ppargf/f Foxp3-Cre mice). We then performed RNA-Seq analysis on Tregs from the spleen and skin of 2-week-old Pparg+/+ Foxp3-Cre and Ppargf/f Foxp3-Cre mice.
