UniProtKB viral protein entries used by the KmerSignificance Score protein characterization component (release 2025_02)

The 17,471 UniProtKB entries from which the protein characterization component of theKmerSignificance Score (KSS) framework is computed, archived so that the reported proteinscores can be re-derived without re-querying UniProt, whose content changes over time. Retrieved from the UniProtKB REST API in JSON on 1 June 2025, release 2025_02, taxonomy10239 (Viruses). One entry per accession. One exception is recorded in the manifest:Q65228 was truncated on retrieval and the same entry was fetched again on 26 July 2026;the two versions differ only outside every input the scorer reads. Contents: uniprot_viral_proteins_2025_02.zip (the 17,471 entries, with the manifest and aREADME inside), protein_score_provenance.csv (the same manifest, provided separately so itcan be read without downloading the archive: accession, entry version, last annotationupdate, SHA-256), README.md, and the SHA-256 of the archive.
