Dataset for: Analysis of micronutrient in native potato in Aymara-Huancavelica, 2004

An analysis of micronutrients, including minerals, vitamin C, and polyphenols, was conducted in this study. The assessment encompassed 40 different potato varieties and was conducted using a DCA (Data Collection and Analysis) methodology. This comprehensive study took place in the Ayamara locality within the Huancavelica region in the year 2004.
