Single-locus barcodes and demultiplexed ddRADseq data for comparative population genomic analysis of the mesopelagic shrimp species Acanthephyra purpurea, Systellaspis debilis, and Robustosergia robusta

This data set includes accession numbers of sequences associated with double digest Restriction-site Associated DNA sequencing (ddRAdseq) of three species of midwater shrimp (Acanthephyra purpurea, Robustosergia robusta, and Systellaspis debilis) collected from Bear Seamount in the northwestern Atlantic, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Florida Straits from 2011-01-01 to 2016-08-18. Date, longitude and latitude, and depth of sample collection are also included in the dataset.
