This dataset was generated in a study where a lung/liver-on-a-chip platform for acute and chronic toxicity studies was developed, taking advantage of liver spheroids and NHBE tissues.
The activity levels of CYP1A1/1B1 enzymes were measured using the P450-Glo™ kit.
This dataset includes single measurements for each sample.
