Blood from asymptomatic healthy adults from Mali, aged 26–53 years with lifelong malaria exposure was collected and classical memory B cells (CD19+CD20+CD27+CD21+), atypical memory B cells (CD19+CD20+CD27-CD21-), and naive B cells (CD19+CD20+CD27-CD21+)were isolated via magnetic bead separation. IGH transcripts from these cells were sequenced for repertoire analysis.
