This project provides the genome assembly and annotation of Lycaena helle, the violet copper butterfly. The data was produced in collaboration with the ERGA sample ambassador Vanessa Arroyo (Andorra), the ERGA Pilot Project team and the Catalan Initiative for the Earth Biogenome Project (https://www.biogenoma.cat/).
