Data and Code to reproduce Evans et al 2016 "Data-driven identification of potential Zika virus vectors"

This repository contains data files and R code (in an Rmd document) to reproduce analysis and figures from a manuscript entitled "Data-driven identification of potential Zika virus vectors" by Evans et al.<br>Once 'unzipped', Rmd files will render appropriately if directory structure is respected.<br>Be aware that these models use over 6 GB of memory each, and are set to run on 12 cores.<br>
