Confocal images showing the localization of RhoA and p190B RhoGAP at the apical adherens junctions in MCF-7 cells transfected with non-targeting Ctrl siRNA (Ctrl) or ROCK-1 siRNA (ROCK-1KD) and 48 hours later treated with either blebbistatin (100μM, 2 hours) alone (BLB) or in combination with ROCK-1 KD (ROCK-1 KD+BLB). Cells were fixed with methanol and stained for p190B Rho GAP or fixed with TCA and stained for RhoA.
