To investigate the function of TIM-3 expression in the regulation of NP53 proliferation and tumorigenesis differentiation, we established DMG cell lines in which each target gene has been knocked out by CRISPR/Cas9. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for NP53 cells (Gcontrol) and its TIM-3KO derivatives (G2C9 and G1C7).
