Genomic sequence of CQUSh011

Through isolation and screening of potato rhizosphere microorganisms, a Streptomyces sp. CQUSh011 was found to have antioomycete activity. Inhibition assays against P. infestans in vivo and in vitro showed that it could inhibit the hyphal growth, sporangium germination, and virulence of P. infestans significantly. We want to illustrate the molecular function and metabolites synthesis through genomic sequencing.
