NRS-15749 | Corporate Executive Group (CEG) Minutes [Board of Fire Commissioners / New South Wales Fire Brigades]

The purpose of these meetings was to establish and maintain a policy framework for day to day management ensuring progress towards defined goals and measuring performance against policy. The most Senior Executive of the Board of Fire Commissioners formed the Committee, initially these were the President, Deputy President, Chief Officer, Secretary and Deputy Secretary.This series consists of minutes, agendas and papers considered at each meeting. Recurring matters considered include: financial management, corporate policies, strategic planning, organisational structure, fire service task force, staff training and further development, technology including the establishment the data base, premises, and the establishment of new brigades.
