Department: Finance Update Frequency: Yearly Additional Notes: Note 1: Includes any applicable deferred compensation match, any applicable flex & health savings account benefits, auto allowance. Note 2: Includes IMRF (Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund) pension contributions (non-contract employees) as well as police and fire pension contributions. Note 3: No housing allowance have been paid to employees. Note 4: No loans have been given to employees. Note 5: Town employees (non-contract) accrue one day a month of sick time and accrue vacation time at a rate that is dependent on length of service (2 weeks starting, 4 weeks maximum). Note 6: Town employees (non-contract and police officers) also annually receive personal convenience days depending on length of service (3 days starting, maximum of 5 days). Note 7: Firefighters accrue 16 hours a month in sick leave and accrue vacation leave at a rate dependent on length of service (12 hours a month starting, maximum 24 hours of month). Note 8: Police Officers accrue 8 hours a month in sick leave and accrue vacation time at a rate dependent on length of service (6.67 hours a month starting, maximum of 13.33 a month).
