The Effect of Umbilical and Infraumbilical Incisions on Postoperative Pain Scores in Laparoscopic Gynecological Surgeries: A Randomized Double-Blind Study

In laparoscopic hysterectomies, the umbilicus or infraumbilical region was used as the abdominal entry method. Postoperative Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores for pain at port sites were compared at the 8th hour and on the first day. Analyzes of VAS scores were performed according to BMI and surgical duration for groups undergoing umbilical and infraumbilical incisions.在腹腔镜子宫切除术（laparoscopic hysterectomies）中，以脐部或脐下区域作为腹部入路方式。本研究比较了术后第8小时及术后首日的穿刺孔位点疼痛视觉模拟评分（Visual Analog Scale, VAS）结果，并依据体重指数（Body Mass Index, BMI）与手术时长，对接受脐部切口及脐下切口的两组的VAS评分开展了分析。
