A high-efficiency achromatic Pancharatnam-Berry (PB) metasurface design method is proposed and implemented in this paper. By combining split-ring resonators with patch resonators, the dispersion effect of traditional metasurfaces at different frequencies is suppressed, and high-efficiency achromatic characteristics at multiple discrete frequencies are achieved. First, based on the phase compensation principle, the working mechanism of the achromatic metasurface is derived, the conditions for its efficient implementation are proposed, and a dual-resonator unit structure is designed. At the two frequency points of 8.6 GHz and 12 GHz, both the designed deflector and lens achieve efficiencies exceeding 90%, and the efficiency is maintained above 80% within a certain bandwidth range. Excellent agreement is observed between the experimental and simulation results, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. This design eliminates the chromatic aberration effect while maintaining high efficiency, and provides a new idea for the design of high-performance electromagnetic devices.
