Preliminary studies on the molecular mechanism of intramuscular fat deposition in the longest dorsal muscle of sheep

This study aimed to investigate and validate the essential genes affecting intramuscular fat deposition in the longest dorsal muscle of the small-tailed cold sheep by transcriptomics and bioinformatics approaches. This study will contribute to our more profound understanding of the patterns and regulatory mechanisms of intramuscular fat deposition in the longest dorsal muscle of sheep, thereby improving the quality of lamb meat.
