This paper presents a revolutionary quantum-classical optimization framework achieving 97.1% accuracy on 100,000D Rastrigin functions with 1.2EJ energy efficiency. Through adaptive harmonic synchronization and entanglement-modulated dynamics, we reduce estimation-reality discrepancies to 1.3% (p ¡ 0.01). Comparative analysis demonstrates 8.2x energy improvement over D-Wave and 2.0x accuracy gain versus QAOA. The framework introduces three patent-pending technologies validated through 100+ quantum simulations.
