Antimicrobial susceptibility of Escherichia coli and Vibrio spp. isolated from Oysters (Crassostrea sp.) and surface water contamination in the estuarine environment of the Acaraí River mouth

The deposited data comprise the isolation and identification of Escherichia coli and Vibrio spp., carried out following methodologies recommended by the American Public Health Association (APHA). Additionally, physicochemical parameters of surface water (pH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, salinity, and temperature) were measured to evaluate their relationship with microbial growth.
