Centrifuge database

The Centrifuge database was built by 16s rRNA sequencing of the type strain from the National Center for Biotechnology Information. This database can be used to do taxonomic classification of bacterial groups.Centrifuge数据库通过对取自美国国家生物技术信息中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information，NCBI）的模式菌株进行16S核糖体RNA（16s rRNA）测序构建而成。该数据库可用于细菌类群的分类学分类。
