Reference genomes

Here are the full assemblies (in fasta format) of the reference genomes used to map variants in P. tetraurelia, P. biaurelia, P. sexaurelia and P. caudatum. These reference genomes were obtained from Mcgrath et al 2014 publications provided below. These files were used to perform analyses in the manuscript - "A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication".
