This dataset contains the full numerical data comparing six equations of state (PR, SRK, GERG-2008, EoS-CG-2021, PC-SAFT, and a Hybrid PC-SAFT/EoS-CG formulation) for the CO2 + O2 binary system in the context of CO2/O2 separation from oxy-fuel combustion engines. The data are organised in six folders, one per figure family: (1) VLE isotherms and error statistics, (2) composition parity points, (3) density isotherms and model-vs-experiment deviations, (4) computational cost per EoS, (5) critical-pressure locus, and (6) single- and two-stage flash separation performance. Files are tab-separated (.tsv) with column headers and units on the first line. Experimental VLE data (354 points, 218-298 K, up to ~14 MPa) are compiled from eight literature sources, and experimental densities from Ahamada et al. (2020); all sources are individually referenced in the README.
