This dataset is used to generate the plots for Figure 2.targeted_illumination: This folder contains the dataset related to the targeted illumination at the head and/or tail of the four strains: All TRN, ALM+PLM, AVM+PLM, and the eat-4 mutant in AVM+PLM. This dataset is used to generate the plots for Figure 3 and Figure 4. Here is the order of stimulus intensities (in uW/mm2) in which the data is arranged in 1x9 cell: H=0, T=0; H= 0, T=40; H=0, T=80; H=40, T=0, H=40, T=40, H=40, T=80; H=80, T=0; H=80, T=40; and H=80, T=80.AVM_and_PLM_whole_field_illumination_multiple_intensity: This folder contains the dataset related to the whole field illumination of the AVM+PLM strain used in this study. This strain was illuminated with 20, 40, 80, 100, and 150 uW/mm2.
