Genome annotations of 21 Fox genes in Brachionus manjavacas (RUS strain)

This dataset contains genomic annotations of 21 Fox genes identified in the Brachionus manjavacas RUS genome assembly (GCA_057128305.1; WGS JBTYIN000000000.1; BioProject PRJNA1413926). The archive includes an NCBI five-column feature table containing the curated gene models, a corresponding GFF3 annotation file, and a README describing the files and annotation conventions. Genomic coordinates refer to the publicly available B. manjavacas RUS assembly. Genome sequences are not included.
