Harvard Step Test Dataset for Female Cricketers in the Bangladesh National Women’s Cricket League 2021-22

This dataset provides a detailed assessment of cardiovascular fitness for female cricketers participating in the Bangladesh National Women’s Cricket League 2021-22, the country's highest-level competition for women cricketers. The dataset was collected in 2022 and includes various physiological parameters derived from the Harvard Step Test. The test provides insights into the cardiovascular endurance and recovery ability of athletes. Coaches from each of Bangladesh's eight divisions conducted the tests, ensuring that the data represents a diverse sample of female athletes across the country.
