Advancing Chlamydia trachomatis genomic surveillance and research with a novel core-genome MLST (cgMLST) approach (Supplementary material)
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the supplementary data and genome assemblies generated in the frame of the study: "Exploring Chlamydia trachomatis global genomic diversity with a novel core-genome MLST (cgMLST) approach" by Lodhia et al. 2025. In this repository you will find: "Assemblies.zip" - In this folder there are the 327 assemblies generated by this study, including the the 57 newly sequenced isolates from Portugal. "Supplementary_files.zip" - In this folder there are all Supplementary files generated by this study and that served as source data for the main and supplementary figures. "Supplementary_figures.zip"* - In this folder there are all Supplementary figures generated by this study. *In this folder you will also find an interactive HTML version for the main Figure 3B, as well as for Supplementary Figure S6.
