WT and RAD21-depleted JTag cells were infected with VSV-G pseutodyped HIV-1 (NL4.3.Luc.R-E-) reporter virus. Genomic DNA were sonicated to ~500bp fragment, followed by end repair, A-tailing, and adaptor ligation. Library was PCR amplified and applied to Illumina, 2x150bp sequencing.
