Dataset on probe performance simulation of divided-aperture differential confocal Raman microscopy under the influence of background noise and different tilting angles

The axial response curves of the confocal microscopy and the divided-aperture differential confocal microscopy were analyzed and compared under the influence of background noise.The probing ability of the divided-aperture differential confocal microscopy was evaluated using goodness-of-fit when the sample was at different tilting angles.本研究针对共焦显微镜（confocal microscopy）与分孔径差动共焦显微镜（divided-aperture differential confocal microscopy）在背景噪声干扰下的轴向响应曲线展开分析与对比；当样本处于不同倾斜角度时，采用拟合优度指标对该分孔径差动共焦显微镜的探测性能进行评估。
