Improved immune receptor repertoire sequencing (ImAIRR-seq) was developed to characterise the differential immune repertoire in peripheral blood samples of healthy controls, latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) and patients with respiratory diseases including active tuberculosis (ATB), community-acquired pneumonia (CAP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAC), and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) as well as ATB patients at different therapeutic stages.
