CL Brener Combined Reference Genome (Trypanosoma cruzi)
收藏资源简介:
CL Brener Combined Reference Genome (Trypanosoma cruzi) Description This dataset contains a non-redundant reference genome for Trypanosoma cruzi CL Brener used for RNA-seq analysis. The reference genome was constructed by merging the Esmeraldo-like, non-Esmeraldo-like, and unassigned scaffolds from the TriTrypDB CL Brener reference genome (assembly GCA_000209065.1) to create a combined assembly suitable for transcriptomic read mapping. Source Data The original genome sequences and gene annotations were obtained from TriTrypDB. Processing The following steps were performed to generate the combined reference: 1. Genome scaffolds corresponding to the Esmeraldo-like, non-Esmeraldo-like, and unassigned components of the CL Brener genome were downloaded from TriTrypDB. 2. These scaffolds were merged to generate a combined non-redundant reference genome. 3. The corresponding GFF annotation files from these datasets were merged into a single annotation file. 4. The gene_name attribute column was removed to avoid redundant gene identifiers in downstream RNA-seq analyses. Files Included Tcruzi_CLBrener_GCA000209065_combined_genome.fasta Combined reference genome used for RNA-seq read mapping. Tcruzi_CLBrener_GCA000209065_combined_annotation.gff Merged gene annotation corresponding to the combined reference genome. Intended Use This reference genome and annotation were used for mapping RNA-seq reads and quantifying gene expression in studies of transcriptomic responses in Trypanosoma cruzi. Notes This dataset represents a derived analysis reference constructed from publicly available TriTrypDB genome assemblies. No new genome sequencing or de novo genome assembly was performed. The files deposited here correspond to the exact genome and annotation files used in the RNA-seq analyses described in the associated study.
