on choice of occupation of children; job security; threat of the
general unemployment situation; topic of conversation with superiors;
atmosphere at work; attitude to the necessity of a works council;
presence of a works council; satisfaction with the works council;
judgement on cooperation of works council with management; personal
membership in works council; attitude to contacts between works council
and trade unions; union membership; time of joining and activity as
functionary; participation in trade union events and reading of trade
union newspapers; reasons for membership in a trade union; attitude to
