Verfahrensdokumentation für CDS: Cambridge Depersonalisation Scale - deutsche Fassung (Trait-Version)

Die deutsche Version der CDS erfasst die Kernsymptome des Depersonalisation-Derealisations-Syndroms hinsichtlich ihrer Auftretenshäufigkeit und -dauer. Die CDS umfasst die übersetzten 29 Items der englischen Originalversion sowie ein durch die deutschen Autoren ergänztes Item, das jedoch nicht in die Routine-Auswertung einfließt. Die in den Items beschriebenen Symptome werden hinsichtlich ihrer Frequenz in den letzten 6 Monaten und hinsichtlich ihrer jeweiligen Dauer eingeschätzt. Anhand einer kanonischen Diskriminanzfunktion wurden die neun differenzierungsfähigsten Items ermittelt und zur Kurzskala CDS-9 zusammengestellt. Reliabilität: Cronbachs Alpha lag bei Alpha = .95, für die Kurzskala bei Alpha = .92. Nach einem Intervall von 10-14 Tagen ergab sich eine Retestreliabilität von rtt = .89 für die CDS und rtt = .86 für die CDS-9. Validität: Korrelationsanalysen ergaben bedeutsame Zusammenhänge der CDS zu den Skalen des Fragebogens zu Dissoziativen Symptomen (FDS). Die CDS konnte darüber hinaus gut zwischen Gruppen differenzieren, die anhand des Strukturierten Klinischen Interviews für DSM-IV Dissoziative Störungen (SKID-D) als Patienten mit pathologischer oder ohne pathologische Depersonalisation diagnostiziert worden waren. The German version of the CDS measures the core symptoms of depersonalisation-derealisation syndrome in terms of their frequency and duration. The CDS contains the translated 29 items of the English original version as well as an item supplemented by the German authors, which, however, is not included in the routine evaluation. The symptoms described in the items are assessed with regard to their frequency in the last 6 months and their respective duration. On the basis of a canonical discriminant function, the nine most differentiating items were determined and compiled into the short scale CDS-9. Reliability: Cronbach's alpha was at alpha = .95, for the short scale at alpha = .92. After an interval of 10-14 days, a retrestreliability of rtt = .89 for the CDS and rtt = .86 for the CDS-9 was found. Validity: Correlation analyses revealed significant correlations between the CDS and the scales of the questionnaire on dissociative symptoms (FDS).
