Metagenomic sequencing of two depths of the Arabian sea oxygen minimum zone using SOLiD and IonTorrent

Here we sequenced genomic DNA from suspended particulate matter recovered at the upper (170 m below sea level) and center (600 m below sea level) area of the OMZ in the Arabian Sea by solid and ion torrent technology.
