This database allows users to track energy and environment legislation. Topics include, but are not limited to: air quality, environmental justice, green jobs, alternative energy, and state energy policy. User FunctionalityUsers can search state energy and environment legislation by topic, keyword, year, primary sponsor, bill number, o r bill status (i.e., adopted, enacted, failed, pending, vetoed). Users can view summaries of state legislation. Data NotesLegislation information is available from 2008 to present legislative sessions and is available on a state level. This website is updated bi-weekly.
