Eulimnadia texana whole genome sequencing

This project represents a series of sequencing tasks designed to make the clam shrimp Eulimnadia texana viable as a model organism for genomics. Illumina and PacBio sequening was generated from an inbred stock of clam shrimp for genome assembly, and RNAseq was performed on this stock, plus males from another stock, for annotation and expression analysis. Finally, pooled Illumina sequencing was performed on a set of wild populations of clam shrimp to perform population genetics and tests for selection.
