RNA-seq of Mus musculus subjected to cecal ligation or puncture to investigate inflammation-induced skeletal muscle atrophy

C57Bl6 mice were subjected to cecal-ligation and puncture or sham surgery. Mice were sacrificed after 24 h or 96 h and muscle tissue was harvested. RNA from tibialis anterior muscle was isolated and subjected to RNA sequencing.
