Cell Profiler pipeline

This pipeline was created with the open-source software CellProfiler (4.2.1 release) and allows the automatized analysis of confocal microscopy images, allowing the quantification of the levels of a protein in subcellular compartments (nucleus and cytosol). The pipeline is ready to use and can be adapted to a new project, modifying parameters in the menu of each command that compose the pipeline accordingly to manifacture's guidelines.
