Anthropogenic pressure index on biomes (APIB): Nexus scenarios for Brazil 2040

These new scenarios were created within the scope of the Thematic Project “Nexus – Transition to sustainability and the water-agriculture-energy nexus: exploring an integrative approach with case studies in the Cerrado and Caatinga biomes” (FAPESP - 2022/05856-0 and 2017/22269-2). Anthropogenic Pressure Index on Biomes (APIB) value.

Spatial resolution

The data is available at a spatial resolution of 100 km² and covers the entire Brazilian territory.

Temporal resolution 

Period of observed data: 2020

Scenario Period: 2025, 2030, 2035 and 2040

Coordinate reference system 

Geographic Coordinate System with Datum SIRGAS 2000 (EPSG:5880)

Data format

Data is provided as Shapefile.
