H3K36Ac promotes the remodeling activity of Chd1p to maintain chromatin stability at the 5’ ends of genes For ChIP experiment: ChIP against H3, H3K36Ac, Pser2, a-Flag was performed for a wild type strain(w303a) and strains lacking Chd1 and FLAG-tagged Sua7. For ATAC-seq experiment: wild type strain and chd1_deletion strain incubated with transposase. For MNase experiment: mononucleosomes of wild tye and chd1_deletion strain were obtained using Mnase.
