Data for: Adaptation to drought and flooded habitats of Ageratina adenophora revealed by functional traits

This dataset supports the study entitled “Adaptation to drought and flooded habitats of Ageratina adenophora revealed by functional traits”. The dataset includes measurements of functional traits (leaf, root, and reproductive traits), physiological indicators (enzyme activities, tannins, flavonoids, and total phenolics), seed germination experiments, and input data used for trait network analyses. All data were obtained from field sampling conducted in contrasting drought and flooded habitats. These data were used to support trait comparisons, analyses of physiological responses, principal component analysis (PCA), seed germination rate analysis, plant trait network construction, and phenotypic integration network analysis.
