Raw data and codes for "Hypothalamic Representation of Aggressiveness across Mouse Strains"

This repository contains the raw data and MATLAB/Python code associated with each figure in the publication, “Hypothalamic Representation of Aggressiveness across Mouse Strains.” Each folder corresponds to a main figure or extended data figure and includes, where applicable: (1) the raw data; (2) representative histological images; (3) MATLAB and/or Python code used to process the data and generate the reported results; (4) GraphPad Prism files containing the plotted data and statistical analyses; and (5) Excel spreadsheets summarizing the results presented in the corresponding figure.
