包装行业公司通过监测药盒产品在浙江省的的市场均价及正负浮动值,设定合理的价格浮动市间。当价格超过正浮动阈值时,自动触发与供应商的调价谈判或替代材料采购预案;当价格低于负浮动阈值时,启动原料储备机制。该数据可应用于:(1)行业价格波动预警;(2)政府产业政策制定;(3)企业生产计划调整;(4)供应链金融风控评估。1、数据采集:从本地服务器中提取本公司关于药盒产品在浙江省各个市,每月当中每日的最高价与最低价:2、处理数据:将当月每日的最低价与最高价分别进行累加,进而得到当月药盒产品的最低价总和(A)与最高价总和(B),进一步通过公式(A+B)/2/该月天数得出当月的药盒产品均价(C),再进一步从本地服务器中提取当月药盒产品的最高价(D)与最低价(E),根据+浮动值=(D-C)/C*100%以及-浮动值=(E-C)/C*100%公式,计算出+浮动值与-浮动值的大小,从而根据得出的+浮动值与-浮动值确定均价的浮动市间(-浮动值~+浮动值)。
Packaging industry companies monitor the market average price and positive/negative fluctuation ranges of medicine box products in Zhejiang Province to set reasonable price fluctuation intervals. When the price exceeds the positive fluctuation threshold, it will automatically trigger price negotiation with suppliers or alternative material procurement plans; when the price is lower than the negative fluctuation threshold, it will activate the raw material reserve mechanism. This dataset can be applied to: (1) Industry price fluctuation early warning; (2) Government industrial policy formulation; (3) Enterprise production plan adjustment; (4) Supply chain financial risk control assessment. 1. Data Collection: Extract the daily highest and lowest prices of the company's medicine box products in each city of Zhejiang Province per month from the local server. 2. Data Processing: Accumulate the daily lowest and highest prices of the current month respectively to obtain the total monthly lowest price (A) and total monthly highest price (B). Further calculate the monthly average price (C) of medicine box products using the formula (A+B)/2 / number of days in the month. Then extract the monthly highest price (D) and lowest price (E) of medicine box products from the local server again. Calculate the positive and negative fluctuation values via the formulas: positive fluctuation value = (D - C)/C * 100% and negative fluctuation value = (E - C)/C * 100%. Finally, determine the average price fluctuation range (negative fluctuation value ~ positive fluctuation value) based on the calculated positive and negative fluctuation values.
