Normal RNA-seq of exosomes. Primary human cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) were isolated from tumor tissues and normal fibroblasts (NFs) were isolated from matched adjacent non-cancerous tissues. After that, exosomes (CAFs-Exo and NFs-Exo) were isolated from the supernatant of CAFs and NFs using ultracentrifugation. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of CAFs-Exo and NFs-Exo
