Transcriptome analysis of porcine cumulus cells derived from cumulus cells-oocyte complexes (COCs) cultured under differential oxygen tensions.

Oxygen tension is crucial factor for oocyte culture condition. This data is a transcriptome data of porcine cumulus cells derived from cumulus-cells oocyte complexes (COCs) cultured under differential oxygen tension. The COCs were collected from gilt-ovaries and subjected to in vitro oocyte maturation (IVM) for 44h under High oxygen tension (HighO2; 5% CO2 in air) or Low oxygen tension (LowO2; 5% CO2, 5% O2, and 90% N2). After IVM, the cumulus cells were collected from 100 COCs and used for RNA-seq.
