Number of criminal charges against cyber harassement in France 2016-2018

In 2016 until 2018, the French Ministry of Interior had given insights on the number of registered charges against cyber attacks in form of harassment. As there are multiple platforms where one can report a act of online hate or other illegal activities, such as the PHAROS platform, the French Ministry is able to collect reports and the followed charges. Thus, in 2016, 235 charges were set, which was approximately half of the amount of reports recorded in 2018.

自2016年至2018年，法国内政部对网络攻击中的注册骚扰案件数量进行了深入剖析。鉴于存在多个平台供人们举报网络仇恨或其他非法行为，如PHAROS平台，法国内政部能够收集相关报告及后续指控。因此，2016年共设立235起指控，约占2018年记录报告数量的一半。
