Replication Data for: Modeling and estimating co--occurrence between the invasive Shiny Cowbird and its Puerto Rican hosts

Detection/non-detection data for the Shiny Cowbird and four of its host species in the agricultural highlands of Puerto Rico. Surveys took place in the breeding season of 2015. Surveys consisted of repeat visits (three repeats) to 120 sites stratified by landuse (sun coffee, shade coffee, and forest). Additional features include the observer during the survey (A/B).
