Salmonella typhimurium targets distal colonocytes to trigger infection [RNA-seq]

In order to ascertain the dynamic changes of transcriptomics throughout the whole cycle of Salmonella infection in the mouse intestine and offer basic support for the single-cell and spatial transcriptome data analysis in this research, we gavaged BALB/c mice with Salmonella and carried out transcriptome sequencing on the colon tissues at five time points during the entire infection cycle. Overall design: Bulk RNA sequencing of colonic tissues from Salmonella-infected BALB/c mice across five time points (d0, d1, d3, d5, d7; n=3 per group).
