Marmoset Brain Dataset for Image Registration Benchmarking

This dataset contains both the original marmoset brain images and their affine and translated aligned counterparts, specifically processed for image registration benchmarking. Source Data Attribution: This dataset is a derivative work based on the original marmoset brain image dataset available at the RIKEN Neuro-Data repository (https://neurodata.riken.jp/id/20230630-001). The original data was created by the authors of the paper "The Brain/MINDS Marmoset Connectivity Resource: an open access platform for cellular-level tracing and tractography in the primate brain" [1] and is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Modifications: The original images were modified by applying affine and translated alignments to serve as a benchmark for registration algorithms. This derived dataset is also released under CC BY 4.0.
