Source data for: Endophytic Pseudomonas drives citrus peel aroma remodelling through aldehyde-to-alcohol conversion

This dataset contains processed source data and supporting analysis tables for the manuscript entitled “Endophytic Pseudomonas drives citrus peel aroma remodelling through aldehyde-to-alcohol conversion”. The deposited files include processed citrus peel VOC abundance matrices, microbial community tables, sample metadata, sensory evaluation data, qRT-PCR data, absolute quantification data for plant colonization, bacterial growth data, ROS measurements, NADPH/NADP+ measurements, in vitro aldehyde biotransformation data, transcriptome-derived gene expression and differential expression tables, GO enrichment outputs, and statistical summary tables underlying the figures. Raw 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing data and strand-specific RNA-seq data are deposited separately in public sequencing repositories and are referenced in the associated manuscript. Raw GC-MS files and additional intermediate analysis files are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
