Photographic portrait of Lorenzo de Orena y Cayuso, lieutenant in the army of Ferdinand VII, King of Spain, and decorated for valor in the war against Napoleon, ca.1815. A man in a stiff shirt with trimmings and large buttons down the middle sits beside a cloth-draped table, at left. His eyes are lidded, and he has a thick moustache and receding hairline. His left hand holds a cane, while his elbow leans against the table, on which his hat sits. On his left breast, several medals of honor can be seen.
