Blood gases during cardiopulmonary bypass

The dataset includes the arterial blood gas analysis during cardiopulmonary bypass using RAIOMETER ABL800 FLEX.
Heparinized syringes were used for blood collection. The oxygenator used is Medtronic® Affinity Fusion.
pH management: alpha-stat.
Age: 5-85 years

T: blood temperature (◦C)
PO2: partial pressure of oxygen (mmHg)
PCO2: partial pressure of carbon dioxide (mmHg)
Hct: hematocrit (%)
so2: Oxygen saturation (%)
Glu: glucose (mg/dL)
Lac: lactate (mmol/L)
Crea: creatinine (mg/dL)
